10% OFF ON-AIR TRAVEL AND OTHERS! Dubai has introduced several ways to make lives easier and affordable for its students

Students studying in the dynamic metropolis of Dubai enjoy many benefits. Dubai has implemented numerous measures to make students’ life easier and more inexpensive, from lower rates on the burgers they grab between courses to lower expenses on the metro trains they take as they juggle between home and university, with some even stopping at the company they intern at.

Here’s the list of some of the places where Dubai students are given discount:

Fly with discount and perks

Emirates, a well-known airline based in Dubai, gives students 10% off business and economy class tickets. Additionally, students are eligible for a 10 kg or one extra piece of luggage allowance. This discount is available to students between the ages of 16 and 31 for reservations made until March 31, 2025.

International students who live in the UAE are also covered by this.

Fazaa Loyalty Card

A ‘Fazaa Student Card’ is provided by the loyalty card program Fazaa, which entitles students to discounts at eateries, academic programs, libraries, retail stores, movie theaters, and more—not only in Dubai but all throughout the United Arab Emirates.

To take advantage of this, students only need to show their “student” discount card.

Bank Account with no minimum balance

Many students choose to intern during their time in college in order to save money and obtain experience. Several banks in the United Arab Emirates have launched student packages to guarantee that students may conveniently save money and have a secure method of transaction.

Students can open an account with these deals without having to pay any startup costs. Additionally, they are not obliged to have a minimum wage or balance. With certain banks, they can also take advantage of deals on hotels, restaurants, movies, and more.

Music on a budget to help you get relaxed

Music can become a student’s closest friend when they’re riding the metro or have some downtime in between classes. In the UAE, Spotify is one of the most popular streaming services. Students can receive a free month of premium membership as part of its student package.

Once the month is over, listeners can download songs and listen without WiFi for a monthly premium of Dh11.99.
