Trump Tower Dubai is set to open in 2025 thanks to a strong partnership between Dar Global and the Trump Organization. The property is set to be located in a desirable area of Dubai as per the statement released by Dar Global, however it did not disclose the exact location.
By the year end of 2024, the exact location and design will be revealed. The price incurred in development of this tower is still a secret. The Trump Tower Dubai is the third partnership between Dar Global and the Trump Organization.
Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, Eric Trump, said “We are proud to expand our presence in the region further through the launch of our iconic Trump Tower Dubai in collaboration with the world-class luxury developer Dar Global.”
According to the statement, the property will house the Trump Hotel Dubai in addition to branded residential units featuring first-rate amenities and services. Ziad El Chaa͏r, Chief Executive Officer of D͏ar Glob͏al, ͏said, “The grand launch of Trump Tower Dubai is an extraordinary addition to the Dubai luxury market and to Dar Global’s renowned hospitality and residential portfolio.” He further added, “This unique luxury project will enhance our track record of creating bespoke landmark properties in the region and contribute to elevating Dubai’s skyline while highlighting the city’s reputation ͏as a worldwide beacon of excellence and sophistication Trump Tower Dubai will be an iconic project that is bound to redefine luxury living in Dubai, while attracting a global audience.”
Last month saw the grand opening of the $500 million Trump International Resort, Golf Club, and Residences at Dar Global’s Aida project in Oman. The London Stock Exchange-listed company Dar Global is currently working on projects worth $5.9 billion in six different countries: the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Bosnia. Nakheel and the Trump Organization announced plans to build the Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower on Palm Jumeirah in 2005, however the project was never finished.
