Mered, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, has unveiled the opening of its latest headquarters in Dubai Internet City. The 45-floor office building is inspired by the esteemed architectural design firm Pininfarina. As per the statement released by Mered, the new office space spanning over 1300 square metres clearly indicates the developer’s thriving growth and evolving design philosophy while adding unique identity.
The entire design concept revolves around “Connection and Contrast,” the office space reflects Mered’s iconic flagship building; the Iconic Tower. The layered spaces for the staff and visitors indicate the brand’s commitment to cutting-edge and ultra-modern designs.
The sales area of the office space mirrors the high standards of the developer’s upscale residences and creates a serene ambiance with Hungarian woods, neutral tones, and Hi-macs acrylic stone. The entire office space is functionally designed with darker tones and industrial materials to create a unique workspace for the staff and visitors.
“As the UAE real estate market is set to grow to $0.76 trillion by 2029, our new headquarters in the central business hub of the region demonstrates our commitment to leading and shaping this growth,” CEO Diana Nilipovscaia, said.
“This space, especially the mock-up room, offers a comprehensive experience for our potential buyers, giving them a true sense of life in the Iconic Tower. We are keen to continue our journey to bring the future of upscale living to life, blending cutting-edge design with world-class amenities,” she further added.
This upcoming HQ building, designed by Pininfarina will be the tallest building in the Dubai Internet City. The construction for this Iconic Tower Project has been commenced by the developer and important approvals from the government agencies have been received during the past year.
This tower is expected to get completed by Q3 of 2027 and boasts 310 luxury apartments and world-class amenities.
