Dubai Skyscraper

Azizi Developments is all set to construct a 725-meter-tall Dubai skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, which will eventually be the second-tallest building in the world, after the Burj Khalifa, that too is situated in Dubai. The second tallest building will not be too far from the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest structure at 828 meters.

The height of the tower was declared on 4th September, 2024. The “Burj Azizi,” a freehold residential tower, will feature more than 131 stories and residential apartment for which sales are slated to begin in February 2025. The primary contractor of the project will be revealed shortly, and Azizi expects its finishing in 2028.

“Inspired by Seven Cultural Themes” a retail center and an all-suite hotel compartment will also be present in the tower. The location is directly next to the metro station for the World Trade Center. September 2022 marked the purchase of the plot by Azizi. The chairman of the project, Mirwais Azizi, stated that the Dh6 billion plus project “represents more than just the creation of an iconic structure— it is a commitment to transforming Sheikh Zayed Road and elevating Dubai’s skyline to new, unparalleled heights.”

It was said at the time of the plot purchase that the chairman would consider this to be his “dream project.”

The new tower also aims to build:

level 11 of the tallest hotel lobby in the world;

the tallest observation deck at level 130 and the tallest nightclub at level 126;

Level 122 of the tallest restaurant in Dubai; and

Level 118 is the highest hotel room in Dubai.

Burj Azizi has announced this project at a moment when the Dubai Real Estate has welcomed a new wave of striking skyscrapers, out of which the most notable projects are the Uptown Tower and the One Za’abeel development.
