Arada Properties unveil three-tower W residences at Dubai Harbour. It is a seafront development with a plethora of premium amenities and is situated at the most sought-after districts of Dubai. This project is launched in collaboration with Marriott International, and over 400 branded apartments in the DH5 Billion complex has now gone live and on sale.
This project is expected to get completed by 2027 and these residences will be inclusive of LEED Silver-certified design. The W Residences at Dubai Harbour will offer residents an opulent marina living with mesmerizing views of the iconic Dubai skyline. It will be a 40-storey complex that has taken inspiration from its surroundings. It connects the promenade, harbour, and sky and reflect the stunningly beautiful urban and seafront landscape. The diagonal lines seemingly merge the three towers of the complex at points where the sky and the water meet.
The W Residences at Dubai Harbour feature 1 to 5-bedroom residences, which include rooftop penthouses that feature serene pools. These residences also feature 3 and 4-bedroom duplex apartments located in the central section of each tower. All the homes at these residences offer luxury living areas that maximize external views, smart technology, elegant layouts, opulent kitchens, and sanitary ware, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ultra-rich finishes.

According to Property Monitor, the average sales prices in Dubai Harbour have risen by 55% between the third quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2024. And, the district is all set to benefit from a new bridge project that will link the area directly with Sheikh Zayed Road, slashing commute times for residents.
W Residences at Dubai Harbour is Arada’s third project in Dubai, followed by Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and fifth branded residences project in the UAE. Since its inception in 2017, Arada properties has launched various projects with a total value at AED 60 Billion and has completed over 10,000 homes.
