Dubai South, the largest and renowned urban master development focusing on real estate, logistics, and Aviation has signed an agreement with the BT Holding LLC, Dubai. The agreement reflects the development of a gated master-community within the Golf District of the Dubai South, conveniently located near the Al Maktoum International Airport.
The agreement was signed by HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik; the Group Chief Executive Officer, in the valuable presence of Nabil Al Kindi, the CEO of Dubai South Properties, Malik Riaz Hussain; The Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town, as well as other senior executives from both entities.
The upcoming master community will include villas, apartments, best medical facilities, retail spaces, educational facilities, and entertainment and recreational avenues. It will also include green spines, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, wide boulevards, and a wide range of other attractions as well, offering residents a serene yet luxurious living experience.
