The major initiatives of this program include promoting the health and well-being of families in Dubai, improving their unity and stability, rejuvenating community values, improvising the general standard of family life, providing an engaging social environment, and aiding families in striking the best possible work-life balance.
His Majesty Sheikh Mohammad focused that, in addition to being a vital criterion for assessing the effectiveness of the development programs and initiatives in the employment, manufacturing, service sectors, and infrastructure, focusing on the wellbeing and health of a citizen is the ultimate goal of all the development plans and the major driving force behind all the work of the government.
“Housing programmes for citizens represent a top priority and we are committed to ensuring that our people have the best living standards and all the support they need to foster stable family environments and community wellbeing. People are the foundation of our renaissance, our successful development experience, and the cornerstone of the global standing we have achieved in all respects,” His Highness said in a statement.
Some major housing initiatives will also be a part of this comprehensive plan that will fulfill the citizen’s aspirations for stability and high living standards, according to His Highness. This development plan will also aid in achieving national strategies to drive ever greater prosperity and shape the future that the people of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) truly deserves.
According to Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, the CEO of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, the new housing projects indicates the leadership’s goal of providing citizens an amazing quality of life by offering an integrated residential development that satiates all of their needs while providing the utmost safety and comfort.
“The housing projects plan is part of a series of projects implemented by the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment to provide for the future housing needs of Emirati citizens within integrated communities. These plans are implemented drawing upon the best urban planning standards, placing citizens at the forefront of all goals aimed at ensuring public wellbeing over the next 20 years,” His Highness further added.
The Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan reflects that the housing initiatives for the Dubai residents have been designed to meet the future housing demands by making the best use of the Emirate’s existing space. This is met by ensuring that the available land is sustainable whilst meeting the strict guidelines. A lot of hard work is also put to ensure that there is a wide array of housing options and communities, providing residents with nothing but the best quality of life, with an ultimate focus on the green areas, recreational avenues and amenities, and amazing business hubs.
