Dubai-based Developer, Sobha realty awards Dh150 million bonus to its employees. It is the second time that this real estate developer has offered million Dirham bonuses to all its employees.
According to a statement from the company, it has been explained, “In recognition of the unwavering contributions of its team members, the company has allocated a Dh150 million bonus for employees not already covered by incentive programs.”
This initiative by the company spans across multiple departments, the statement further reflected.
“This special bonus is our way of expressing gratitude for the resilience our employees have shown, especially pushing boundaries in the past year and making a meaningful difference,” the chairman of Sobha group; Ravi Menon said.
The company further explained that the bonus, that was disbursed in December 2024, was specially designed to provide employees with an additional boost as they head to the New Year.
A month back, the Sobha Group announced that it is further planning to deliver the highly anticipated Creek Vistas Grande development ahead of the set schedule.
“Completing the project eight months ahead of its original timeline reinforces Sobha’s growing reputation for early delivery of high-quality developments, a trend that has become a hallmark of the company’s approach,” Sobha Realty said in its earlier statement.
