In the rapidly evolving investment destination of Dubai South, a new mixed-use community is to be constructed by the business affiliated with Bahria Town; who is the largest developer of Pakistan.
The off plan sales are expected to commence in January 2025 and the project is being developed by BT Holdings, sprawling more than 20 million square feet.
Bahria Town, the main company in Karachi is presently constructing its masterpiece township project, that is expected to become an accommodation for 5 million people. The developer is constructing various developments in Lahore and Islamabad as well.
According to founder and chairman of Bahria town; Malik Riaz Hussain, “Leveraging our extensive expertise in developing vast, master-planned communities across hundreds of square kilometres in Pakistan, we are eager to replicate this success in Dubai by creating a holistic, self-sustaining community.”
“We look forward to work closely with Dubai South to transform this ambitious vision into reality,” he further added.
