Acube Developments has started construction on its second property project, Electra, a 38-storey residential skyscraper located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, with more than 50 facilities. The Acube New Dubai Property project will be completed in three years, starting in the second quarter of 2024.
Electra will offer 278 luxurious apartments, that will also feature studio, 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units, all equipped with Bosch appliances and Roca sanitary. The project is inspired by the blue-white star in the constellation of Taurus. The units are outfitted with the most recent released smart home solutions and are fully furnished.
Ramjee Iyer, Chairman and Managing Director of Acube Developments released a statement related to the new project that says “We continue to deliver on our vision to create better living experiences for Dubai residents with Electra, from design and quality finishings, right through to the experience of living there and enjoying all that the community has to offer.”
The prices for studio apartment begin at Dh750,644 per unit. The residents of this ambitious project will have access to a beach-themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini-golf course, a bowling alley, an indoor and outdoor play area, an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, an indoor children’s cinema. The project also includes opulent commercial spaces for shops and other services, ensuring an unmatchable living experience.
