New AI-powered traffic system will be implemented in Ajman

Ajman Police has implemented a new AI-powered traffic monitoring system from October 1, which means that drivers who use their phones while driving or fail to buckle up will be recorded or captured on camera. The cameras will be mounted on smart gates that have been erected throughout the Emirate and are intended to record instances of cell phone use and failure to buckle up. AI is used by the system to track infractions of traffic laws and enhance police emergency response.

Visa- free entry to Sri Lanka for people of these nationalities

Harin Fernando, an advisor to Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Tourism, citizens of 35 nations—including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and India said that citizens of these nations will be able to enter the country without a visa. The goal of this initiative is to increase tourism, and participants will include nationals of China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the UK. From October 1, visitors from these nations can enter Sri Lanka without prior visa approval or formalities.

Strict Crypto Marketing Rules

The recent rules starting from October 1, offer precise guidelines on how to maintain compliance when advertising virtual assets in Dubai. A major focus is on safeguarding consumers by making sure marketing materials are trustworthy, devoid of false information, and open and honest about their disclosures.

Free breast- Cancer Screenings

The Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP) initiative, the Pink Caravan (PC), is providing free breast cancer screenings and awareness sessions all over the United Arab Emirates during Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Pink October). The campaign seeks to support the fight against breast cancer and emphasize the value of early detection.

Re-opening of Dubai Safari Park

After several rounds of renovations during the summer off-season, Dubai Safari Park will also open for business on Tuesday, October 1, marking the beginning of its sixth season. Three rare animals, including twin moon bears and a white rhino, were recently born at the park as part of its ongoing breeding program for endangered species.
