This sale deal is amongst the top 10 most costly branded homes sold in the year 2024. Moreover, it’s the biggest sale of the year till date. The sale is clear indicator of the rising strength of Dubai’s off plan properties market and the improving growth of prime and most sought-after branded residential sector.

According to the CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty; George Azar, ”Super prime branded residences have become one of the driving forces in the global real estate market, attracting the attention of buyers in key cities like Miami, New York, and London.”

According to the Industry Data, the sales of the branded homes in Dubai are at an all-time high of Dh28.8 Billion in the first half of 2024 alone, and represents a surprising 12.6% of the city’s overall transaction value.
