Leading developer of Dubai Nabni Developments has unveiled the opening of Avenue Residence 7 in the Al Furjan neighbourhood. The project will have 166 spacious apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as important facilities inspired by Emirati culture and a tranquil outdoor Ghaf garden.
Avenue Residence 7 is the first Emirati-inspired off-plan project in Dubai by Nabni and is ideally to be located in the Al Furjan neighbourhood. The residential development will offer easy access to the main highways. Avenue Residence 7 is followed by the successful sale of Avenue Residence 1-6. The opulent 12- story apartment complex marks a new beginning in Nabni’s Developments prosperity. The building will have 63 one-, 84 two-, and 19 three-bedroom apartments with an Emirati-style facade inspired by the dhow boat and Barjeel wind towers.
As per the statements released by the senior officials at the launch ceremony held at the Hilton in Al Habtoor City, this new addition to the Avenue Residences collection, which is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027, features a distinctive fusion of Emirati heritage and contemporary design.

Other Nabni stakeholders and the senior leadership team, including co-founder and chairman Abdulrahman Abdulla Alsuwaidi and co-founder and CEO Badr Abdulla Alsuwaidi, also attended the event.
