With a whooping investment of $56 million, POB1 Properties, a recently established real estate development division of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group (SAGRE), has unveiled its first project, Serenova, a community-driven residential development being developed in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
As per the statement released by the developer, Serenova, scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, will offer flexible living spaces that blends modern comfort with peaceful living on a spacious 7,850 sqm plot. This development syncs with the changing needs and preferences of families and young professionals.
The development includes 222 apartments, including premium two-bedroom apartments, unique 4-BR penthouses, and roomy studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. According to the developer, the architectural design of the project places a high value on open areas, unobstructed panoramic views of the Dubai Skyline, and innovative layouts that balance comfort and privacy.

Engel & Völkers was chosen as the sole brokerage firm for the Serenova project by P.O.B1 Properties.
