Dubai South Properties confirmed that, the South Living Project in Dubai South, which was named as the South Living Tower, a luxury apartment complex in Dubai South’s Residential District, has sold out. The project’s construction already begun before the main contractor was chosen in September.
The project, which is expected to be finished by Q1 2027, will feature 209 roomy apartments, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as special-terraced homes that provide a combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces, followed by a kids’ library, a yoga deck, a BBQ area, a gazebo seating area, a modern gym, a sauna, a multipurpose room, a swimming pool and deck area.
