‘The Arthouse’ is the first residential project by Aldar Properties in the Saadiyat Cultural District. The construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2025. The exclusive project aims to develop a community inspired by private members’ clubs, and its interiors has been designed by DiLeonardo. The Arthouse will feature three buildings with one-, two-, two-plus, and three-bedroom apartments, along with two sky villas.
Amenities in the residential development will include a cinema, fitness facilities, a tennis court, and co-working spaces. The project is situated near cultural landmarks such as the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Louvre Abu Dhabi, that will also feature a rooftop setting with pools and gardens.
“The Arthouse is a “gallery for living”, uniquely designed for creative pursuits and those with a discerning taste for arts and culture,” Aldar said in a statement on Friday. The project is targeting sustainability certifications, including a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2025. Sales will launch on July 31 and will be open to all nationalities.
