The project which is ideally situated in the center of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in the City of Arabia, it is the first residential community with AI integration in the UAE. The launch harmonizes with the UAE’s ongoing attraction of foreign investors looking for exceptional opportunities. However, the timeline and specifics of the project are still a secret.
